Absolute disgrace!!!! I wouldn't have given them 1 star if I had a choice. The customer service is shocking!! Bearing in mind it is nearly Christmas 2 staff on till and 3 including the store manager just stood on the doors!! One female on the till kept saying I'm 'stressed' and kept walking off!! The other female did remain on the till but was completely in a world of her own and there was no urgency at all in the service provided. If the staff don't want to work there then they should go and get another job instead of providing the disgusting service they do.

Me and my boyfriend went to the store earlier today was about to spend a lot of money in the store for the new year. We used the changing room facilities but was rudely interrupted by what I presume was the manager knocking on the changing room door rushing my boyfriend claiming that he had taken more items into the changing room after swapping sizes. It felt very belittling considering he was buying majority of the items that he was trying on. I apologised and tried to be understanding but she had a very immature attitude considering she is an adult/manager. Majority of the staff were staring over at us after the women was standing outside waiting for him to finish trying on the clothes he wanted to buy and rushing us which made us feel uncomfortable.

Visited this Leamington JD store as I went for a day out with my fiancé, the staff were extremely friendly and helped me find what I needed to. Excellent service, especially the short young woman with long brown hair and the tall lady with facial piercings!

The manager and the staff at this store treated me in a very good way today.. Even though it was only a small payment issue the manager was on it and all the staff were very polite and understanding.. much respect

Absolutely disgusting service the staff need to be trained in customer service. The behaviour of the staff was absolutely unacceptable. I really think the manager above the manager in this store needs to re think of their employment situation. Unbelievable. I would give 0 stars unfortunately that’s not an option. I will be contacting the head office.

I visit this store quite often to get some new gym things and regularly the male staff are inappropriate towards me. For example they have fought over who can open a changing room for me while i was within earshot.  It is the male staff in particular that are weird and make myself and other women uncomfortable.

Absolutely disgraceful service As walked into the store about 10 employees were having a laugh and joke at the front. We waited by the till for 5-10 minutes to be served as had a parcel to collect. We had to go over and ask someone to serve us who was chatting with another colleague. They huffed in our faces and ignored us. On the 5th attempt of asking they finally went to get our parcel. We asked to speak to the manager who failed to apologised and said he didn’t care about our poor service- considering we were the only customers in the store Rude and pulled faces at us Tried to call JD helpline and left us on hold

great service, great promotions, nice atmosphere

Really need to train staff on customer care. Its very obvious that their hearts are not in the job and its very forsed politeness and smiles by most members of the staff. Disorganised service on the shop floor. Lack of maturity in some members, just not an overall welcoming feeling when shopping here which is actually they key point in customer care, especially when you want to sell merchandise at the price changed here.

The leamington spa store was due to close in half in hour and i wanted trainers and they said stockroom closed sorry. I can't believe it that it is really bad customer service.
