Unbelievable value and staff are amazingnChefs had all food out on time even though we were in a big party ,special thanks to dom who made are vist very enjoyable as was so attentive,n10-10 on all levels
Food was okay… Service was a total letdown compared to how it was a year prior.nnThe man taking our orders tattoos/glasses, assuming he is a manager of sorts was insanely rude. Very blunt when taking our orders, fine. When putting our drinks on the table he would just slam them down, spill them from slamming them on the table and not say anything. We all thought it was odd but it was the beginning of the night so looked past it. When our dessert came and he served us it, once again, he just slammed it on the table/slid it on the table and left not saying anything.nNot sure if he intended it, but the table next to us was clearly a couple of regulars and he gave them excellent service, had a chat with them and was very bubbly.nnI’m not sure why regulars are treated well and newer customers not? We are paying the same rate and I tried my best to remain polite despite the lack of service. No check back was done throughout the whole service either. My group all agreed it was some of the harshest service we’ve received at a restaurant thus far…nnNot to mention our side plates on the table were also dirty/had lumps of food stuck to them.nnOverall a nice venue with decent food but the atmosphere is not what it used to be… Nothing about the evening felt classy unfortunately.
Always my go to when I visit home! My family and I have been coming here since I was little and it’s great to see the same owner is there after all these years! All time favourite Italian restaurant in the heart of St Anne’s - I recently booked a table for my birthday and the service was friendly and efficient. My friends from Germany also loved the food and character of the restaurant too! Thank you to your staff for providing a superb service
We visited here after a day at Blackpool pleasure beach and on entering and realising how nice the place was felt a little under dressed! However, the staff were still very welcoming and lovely. Food was excellent. As a bit of a margherita connoisseur theirs is definitely up there with the best! It's a lovely place and we will definitely visit again next time we are in the area. Vegan options available.
Really tasty food. The outside of the restaurant is unassuming but as you walk through the alley you come to a really nice spacious venue that is cosy and clean. Waiting staff were friendly and efficient.nThe food was excellent. We had a party of 9 so tried all kinds of pizza and pasta dishes. Kids and adults agreed it was a great choice for a family meal.
