Well what can I say. They didn't serve most of our meals. We was a party of 5 including one child. After waiting an hour we asked about 2 persons meals and they tried to say the orders were on there way when they had clearly forgotten them. Manager of the place then told us that they were not there for our pleasure or service. Please don't bother going. Staff are not interested in your dining experience and neither is the manager. Food which was served was nothing special. There are many other lovely places to eat in Torquay but my advance is stay away from tiger bill's.
went in this place looked inviting from the outside so we decided to give it a go. We ordered starters and mains and waited for drinks for a while as they were having issues with other people's orders. Minutes later one starter came out but we thought that this was strange so didn't eat it and then someone came said that's not yours a took away. Again had to wait a while for the correct starters I ordered ribs with sweet chilli sauce but the ribs came with BBQ sauce I questioned this to be told that that's how they came and had to ask for a menu to clarify but they did eventually change this but I was eating my starter while everyone else had finished. We then waited another 45 mins for mains 3 were fine however someone ordered steak and ribs which cost £17 and came out with a small price of steak and 3 very small ribs. Again we questioned this to he told that this is how it came he was still hungry after eating this. At the end we questioned the bill with a manager as that meal was disappointing and we had already brought it up with staff who did not deal with it. Her response was that there was nothing she could do now and with also questioning the waitress who served of us the manager responded you won't get anywhere with her she's just a waitress. Not only was the food poor for the price the service was awful and the treatment of staff was even worse. wpuld not recommend and would not be going again.
Wonderful food but terrible service and had to wait a long time for food with little apology! We accidentally spilt a glass of water and no member of staff came to help, instead just handing us a few napkins! It was a good job no service charge was added to the bill. No apology from the manager! Means that we won't go again..!
Ordered the chicken burger. Food was cooked ok but must've been sat waiting for ages as it was nearly cold by the time it was brought to our table. Chips were oily and salad was dry and wilted. Service was also pretty poor. I come to Torquay a fair bit but I won't be coming back here.
Very bad food. We ordered from the western menu as thai food wasan't available anymore. We waited 45 minutes for a salad and some chicken wings,which were soaked in bbq souce,you couldn't taste the chicken just the souce.When we arrive nobody told us that is a delay of 45 minutes for the food. Very disappointed, i would not recommend that place to anyone.
Delicious food, the Thai Sharer starter being especially good. Friendly staff who looked after us and, most importantly, our two year-old. Wouldn't hesitate to visit again.
Had a very bad experience at Torquay branch , unfriendly staff , the food was below standard , the nachos came straight out of a super market bag , the salsa and guacamole were just horrendous , the service was atrocious, we left the place half way through our meal !!!! Quiet literally left a bad taste !!!! a Very unpleasant experience indeed !!!!! I would not recommend this place !
Me and my husband order from the Thai menu and every time we've ordered it has been delicious and the quality is always consistent. We have never had a problem with our orders and we come back time and time again
Stay away. My steak was off and so was the burger. You wouldn't go there for the owners great character, no eye contact or anything. Might be ashamed of the food?
Been here 3 nights running first two nights superb got chatting with the manager gave us lots of info came in on Thursday 2nd March manager not here service was terrible service all waitress wanted to do was chat with her friends wanted some salad cream girl was getting it waited 15 minutes as she chatted very poor such a shame been so good up to that point
