Wow! I have just visited Tiffany's stand at Newmarket Wedding Fair and was gobsmacked by her rudeness. I was admiring the flower displays, took a lovely brochure from the assistant and asked where the tealight holders were from. The manager snapped, 'I won't tell you that. It's a trade secret.I will tell you they burn for 10 hours' Are you serious?! Over some tealight holders?! I took my business elsewhere and had an otherwise lovely day at the fair speaking to some significantly more gracious suppliers. Some manners to your potential clients wouldn't go amiss.
