Booked a table for lunch before we went to the Tivoli panto. My Mum quickly decided on the beef olives special, I chose one of the soups of the dat with a panini & my daughter had the chicken fillets. All our food tasted amazing & the staff are just so nice. We have been many a time and will definitely be back! X
The cafe is particularly clean and very spacious. Lunch was really lovely, so we then ordered pots of tea and cakes. Unfortunately 10 minutes after we ordered them, we were told they needed our table. By then we had only been in for 1 hour and 12 minutes. There was no mention of this when we booked the table, when we arrived or when they took the order for our teas and cakes! Really disappointed by this as if we’d known we would have gone elsewhere for it. Vegetarian options: Quite a few veggie options. Macaroni, veggie breakfast, scrambled eggs and there were two sandwich/panini fillings egg or cheese. Always a veggie soup available too. Parking: Parking outside in the car park is limited to 45 minutes, so park elsewhere and walk of you are going to be longer.
The restaurant was spotless, and the staff marvellously did their job. I had macaroni and cheese; it was indeed lovely tasty food. The team that served me were knowledgeable. I had all I ordered, their excellent service and a welcoming attitude. I recommend this restaurant to anyone needing a good meal experience and respect.
Had to wait quite a while for service coffees were rather cold my wife ordered a scone and jam which to be fair came pretty quickly I ordered a warm croissant with butter it came eventually all in all not the best coffeehouse I've been toFood: 2/5
Super service, very welcoming ladies. Travelled from other side of the world and had a baked tattie with haggis and neeps - glorious!
While we unfortunately didn't have time to eat at Thyme Out, we wanted to write to highlight how welcoming and helpful the staff were in assisting us booking a taxi. We enjoyed a refreshing drink in the cosy café and look forward to returning to try the delicious-looking food.
Fantastic veggie breakfast. Also, companion had scrambled egg and croissant, again very good. Unfortunately, latte a bit of a let down, weak and milky. However, I rectified that by subsequently ordering a flat white. It was great, strong and tasted of coffee. All in all a really great little place to meet and eat.
A lovely wee place. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the coffee and cakes/scones are delicious. Parking: Busy, and not much room to manoeuvre, but it is right outside.
Really friendly staff and nice cafe. Enjoyed my tea and scone. Some of the sandwich options seemed overpriced to me.
Excellent hygiene tables and chairs sanitised after every customer, also toilets cleaned between each user. Coffee and Tea and cakes really good quality, friendly staff.
