I really cannot fault this garage, their customer service was excellent, facilities clean, staff smartly dressed and approachable. After running diagnostics and finding nothing Nigel took the time to actually listen to me and managed to diagnose the fault after further questioning. Although they were unable to source the parts required before I needed to leave, they made the vehicle safe with an appropriate temporary fix and I was able to return home to London. The final bill was incredibly reasonable, considering I had been provided with a courtesy car to ensure I could still enjoy my holiday. This garage was recommended to me by the RAC; I now recommend them to you.

just called in to have our van repair as we was working in the area and van broke down . sorted our van out straight away great service top fitters will use them anytime we are in the are thank you very much

I simply do not understand how anyone could make any negative comment about Nigel Thurley Automotives. I am a new customer, and I wish I had had the sense to go to this garage a long time ago. The work was done in very good time, to an exceptionally high standard, at a competitive cost, and by the most delightful and charming people.
