Booked a taxi in the week for the weekend and it never showed up, I rang and an automated voice said that they hadn't got a taxi for us and we're trying to allocate one, not good enough as we were going to a surprise party and were very late getting there as we had to then order an uber we then had to wait in the car park as the surprise guest was arriving at the same time
I'm really disappointed with the service received from this company. It was our first time using them, and I am always a bit apprehensive about trying new taxi companies, however I wanted to use a local firm. I called up the day before to book a taxi for 1.30pm the following afternoon, to take us on a 5 minute journey to a wedding venue. The ceremony started at 2pm. It was already a rush as I had been working all morning, but we made sure that we were ready for 1.25, as in past experience taxis are often early. 1.35 arrived and still no taxi. I called the company and the man who answered the phone, in his defence, was extremely apologetic and advised they had accidentally put the taxi for 1.45. I was annoyed, however I have worked in customer service myself and I know that mistakes happen, so when he advised that he would send a taxi out straight away that would be with us in less than 5 minutes, I gave them a chance. 1.45 arrived, the original time they thought we had booked the taxi for, and still no taxi. I called again to see where the driver was and was told he would be less than 5 minutes. Not good enough considering that was what we were told 10 minutes ago. 1.52 arrived and still no taxi had turned up. I tried to call the firm out of decency to tell them to forget about it and we were just going to drive to the venue ourselves, however there was no answer. Luckily we got to the venue with 2 minutes to spare, however saw the bride preparing to come down the aisle on our way through!! Received a text and missed call from the taxi firm at 1.57 saying they had arrived at our pick up point... to take us to a wedding that started at 2pm. Mistakes happen, however to be consistently lied to on the phone is unacceptable. If we were told that there had been a mistake and realistically the taxi might not get to us in time, we would have chosen to drive straight away. False promises are what annoyed us more than anything else! Will never use this company again.
It is a long time since I needed to use a taxi and the reviews did not give me confidence in the service but I was very pleasantly surprised. It was very easy to book, the taxis were clean and quick to arrive and the drivers both very courteous.ServicesLimousines
Booked a return from Manchester Airport. Not happy when they didn’t show up or offer an apology! Got an Uber that cost us £30 more. Always try to use local businesses but they will only succeed if they offer decent customer service.
Be aware that this company uses a "personal numbering service" for its phone number. When I made 5 calls in quick succession to try to book a car, my mobile bill came back with 5 charges of £1.04, each for a nominal 1 minute call time. 4 of those 5 calls were clearly sent straight to voicemail, hence my being charged for them. On the plus side, the car did actually turn up - but this ride cost £5 more than planned. They should make clear the number is premium rate.
Feel robbed. Just been dropped off in Liverpool from Neston as I thought booking a local taxi company would be best. After the taxi was 15 minutes late booked 6 hours earlier £45 is absolutely scandalous. Will not be using these again. Joke!
Liverpool airport to Neston on a Friday night 2300. Landed and phone rang from the driver. Picked up within minutes in an immaculate vehicle by friendly driver. Easy run home, 45 minutes. Considering distance and tolls the fee agreed at booking was very reasonable.
Arrived early but happy to wait. Driver was very restrained when a car drove head on at us I swore. Only thing and not a criticism please ask your staff to wear a mask it may save their lives.
Literally the best example of atrocious customer service. Avoid this cowboy company like the plague. I’m glad wirral taxis are taking their business as neston taxis are redundant as a viable taxi operation.
The very worst possible in terms of reliability and service. They will happily leave women stranded out of town, even if it is an arranged bokking, if they have a more lucrative fair. They will lie to you and tell you the taxi is on its way when it isn't DO NOT LET YOUR WIFE, MOTHER, SISTER, DAUGHTER rely on them. They don't care about responsibility.
