Absolute shambles. I ordered online at 4:42pm I have an email receipt, for a delivery at 7pm. Nothing happened, so I called them at 7:40pm and they promised that it was on its way. At 8:30, I called again, and they'd still not even started making it. I cancelled the order and agreed a refund, and yet they still tried to deliver the pizzas at 9:25pm. Unbelievable. More than 4 1/2 hours after the order. Please. If you're busy, just be honest will your customers.
We went and got the lunchtime special with 2 toppings. I have pepperoni and BBQ chicken and my apprentice had sausage and pepperoni. The flavour was ok but the toppings were very minimal. Granted it was a lunchtime special. But it might aswell of been just a cheese and tomato pizza.Food: 3/5
I’ve been having pizza from Herbies since we moved to Henley and haven’t bothered to go anywhere else. Not only are the pizzas amazing their staff are also very friendly especially Sameer and Hussain. I know many people who live in Henley get their pizzas but for people who don’t I’d highly recommend them. Vegetarian options: Veggies pizzas also available Parking: Free parking near Greys road shops.
Turned up over an hour late freezing cold. Phoned the store the man on the other end of the phone was absolutely no help. I got told no long than 15 minutes 30 minutes later still no food ring back get told 7 minutes 20 minutes later still no food ring back again for the gentleman man to tell me what do you want me to do like I was the problem. Managers just phoned me back told me to apply for a refund through just eat and then had the audacity to ask me for top review on the app. Terrible service all round
Best pizza place in Henley delicious food and quick delivery very kind staff especially the beautiful delivery lady highly recommended.

I recently noticed that this store opened so decided to visit it. The pizza is very good value £5.99 for a medium pizza or £7.99 for a large pizza - 2 toppings. In my opinion, it tastes better than Domino's. I would definitely recommend going here as it's cheap and tastes great!
Herbies Henley thank you! We recently moved back to town after a decade living in NY, USA. Never thought we would find pizza as good as we had there but we were delighted to discover this gem!!
Herbies Pizza's is the best shop goin for pizzas anywhere. 16 inch cheesy crust pizza ; it took 4 days to eat it all cos there was so much :D every order has been perfect. anybody that says Herbies Pizza in Henley is bad is a liar. there is only ever good friendly service from the staff. there is no excuse to leave a bad review for the best pizza shop around.
Will no longer use this service since last 2 pizzas had next to no toppings and an insult for what I was charged, not worth the prices at allFood: 1/5
