Food from Thumbs can be a bit hit or miss. When they are hitting, the food is to die for especially the duck chow mein, usually best to order early and directly and not through just eat.
Absolutely awful experience from Thumbs. Ordered from Uber Eats, completely messed up the order. Phoned four times, and just kept saying ‘it’s on its way’. Over an hour later the missing food never arrived. Awful service, and will avoid in future. Don’t waste your money or time.
First time spanking food good service well worth it
Sent the wrong dish. Took over an hour to come. The food wasn't great either so not going to order from here again.
Got our order wrong, no apology, no offer to rectify h ask she wanted was the original back!! Serious concerns this would be taken to another customer, concerns re infection control. Very disappointed and concerned
