such a fabulous gym with a fantastic atmosphere. the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Changing rooms are always spotless and smell amazing 10/10 would recommend!!
Cool gym with a boutique feel for a fraction of the price. A good range of classes to suit anyone's fitness level, and some of the loveliest instructors! The building itself is quite beautiful, it feels like a treat to go in and spend time there.
Good sized gym with plenty of good quality machines. Large weight area with plenty of benches, and a decent sized free car park. Well worth the monthly fee, would recommend
Nice gym, friendly staff. Since I joined almost a year ago I've gotten to know a few very nice local people and for the first time in my life I really enjoy going to the gym too. Different atmosphere than any other gym I used to go to.
Just about had it with this place, I've been here over a year and half and only stayed because the equipment in there is excellent. I've never seen a place go though so many different staff in my life and they always seem to be able to employ the most unfriendly, unapproachable and un helpful people. The people who train in here walk round thinking there something special because they've got a few quid and are quite happy to look down on you if you don't fit in with there little gang. Alot of the women walk round half naked With next to nowt on filming them self's with tripods you literally can't walk past any of them without be scowled at even if your just being friendly and asking them if you can jump on the machine when there done. How I've actually put up with this place for so long I really do not no. But what topped it off is that I paid my gym membership on time every single month since I've even here, and the one month I'm struggling abit and was gunna be a week late, i spoke to someone on the Monday it was due and said I could pay Friday as im struggling abit this month.They said it was fine let me train for 2 days, but by wednesday canceled my membership, refused to let me train for the rest of the week and said you can only come in now if you pay a £10 a day pass until your membership is upto date, What sort of customer loyalty is that?. If your after a gym with good equipment but a unfriendly and unwelcoming atmosphere then this is the place for you. ABSOULTE JOKERSnnEdit : in response to what you have wrote back, I wasn't asking for a weeks free gym access. I rang you and told I was going be late paying the contracted membership I already have with you. In witch it says if your late with your membership fee we take it the following week with a £15 pound charge. Why was I never even given this option And if this was the case would i have not had access to gym anyways this week according your contract. you would of just took the payment again with the charge next week or i queit happily would rang up friday and paid as i promised and everything would still be fine. Also you was the one who said it was ok ageed to let me come in gym for first 2 days then changed your mind for no reason. In response to what ive said about the people in your gym im just stating facts of what kinda smug attitude people can expect from your gym, witch has highlighten it even more with your political nonse response, trying to promote givin away free smoothies and day passes to new customers when you cant even be loyal and empathetic to the ones you already have. We always appreciate a chance to flex our improvement muscles, even when it feels like lifting a heavyweight. What sort of unprofessional garbage is this, it has no relevance to any of the points made. When you've finished pretending to be good gym owners you might wanna take up a carear in politics?.
