attrocious council. appalling rude staff although most receptionists arr lovely Environment health dept needs closing. utterly rude shameful people. failure to support vulnerable tenants, gaslighting, Extortionate social housing rents.I will be glad to see the back of them.
Absolutely disgraceful in respect of their ownership to problems caused by their poorly maintained roads, especially Old Uxbridge Road, near Maple Cross. 2 punctures within a couple of month, one cracked alloy and a buckled alloy, loss of earnings and not an ounce of admission to it being their problem. Apparently this road has been inspected by the authority and is acceptable to their standards. They suggest it is the verges that are the problem, not the road. Who maintains and is responsible for the verges, and how far should a verge protrude into the road? See the pictures attached, and note how deep these acceptable pot holes are! Please avoid this road, with large lorries using it, you will hit these potholes when passing.
I am registered disable and they continue to miss my bin I am bored of complaining one week I was told it is food this week phone back when they do bins how hard is it every week you miss my bin terrible service and yet no matter how much you complain they don’t care because there not bothered some one needs to re organise it properly you give excuse after excuse no reason to miss my bin it is not that hard get it right please just ask do my bin I live on 11 Green Street Chorleywood if I could you would not get a star terrible service bin refuse the driver should check on his machine if the machine says disabled I really hope management see this review they need to start managing properly I will phone and complain like I do every week as I’ve said the worse service please get this sorted it needs URGENT attention
Has to be one of the most expensive councils in UK for a second garden waste bin at £117.50 a year, works out approx £5 per collection
Awful customer service, extremely rude staff. Zero manners and unprofessional in how they deal with complaints. Not to mention the rules regarding bin collections and the size of the bins.
