Sign on every pump saying everyone had to pay first. I lifted pump and no joy so went inside to pay first. Whilst doing so two taxi drivers pulled up and we're allowed to fill up without paying first. I wonder why... Won't be using this racist petrol station again

Rating based entirely on the fuel prices. We visit Mirfield fairly frequently and this Shell garage has always had the lower petrol prices. Other garages in the area are similarly priced but I've not seen one cheaper than this.

Very rude staff. Need more training and also need training how to speak with customers. Specially night staff female.

100 quid in tank 20 quid on drinks and sweets but still carnt use customer toilet joke tbh if you don't want to clean the toilet out at the end of the shift don't provide one or even better get a different job fully agree people shouldn't mess it up but that isn't everyone don't just tell people it's broke everyday cause you can't be bothered to do your job p.s if your busting like I was just go upside of building or behind it when that stinks of piss they might start allowing us to use toilet
