POOR Christmas dinner yesterday The starter was ok but the main had undercooked vegetables one Brussels sprout, The gravy looked like warm brown water, Roasted potatoes were very oily, not crisp.nThe Christmas pudding was very dry with little custard I had to ask for more. All this for £60 aheadnPhotos to follow make your own mind up ......
Absolutely lovely food staff are brilliant. Pub is nice and comfortable. My partner is a fussy eater, the staff cooked him exactly what he wanted even though it was not on the set menu. Brilliant place ! Homemade food too ! I had steak and ale pie and it was amazing with home made steak cut chops too !@nn30th April we have just a lovely homemade Sunday lunch at the three legged stoolnnLovely food ! Lots of beef , lots of mash , we really enjoyed our meals best Sunday dinner I've had in months! Definitely worth a visit ! Fresh homemade food ! You can taste the difference, the staff are lovely too ! Very welcoming and they even remember us from our last few visits
Lovely lady made us very welcome, food was of good standard for pub grub. Definitely recommend
Decent choice of food available with selection of local beers.
Had something from the 2 for £15 menu. Food was tasty and well presented. Only negative and the reason for not giving 5 stars was that the garlic bread was rock hard - I feared breaking a tooth is was so solid.
