I can not describe how TERRIBLE the food was, it was so undercooked and sickening. After eating what I had ordered I quickly got a head ache and began to feel sick. My advice to you, the reader is that you order elsewhere and I hope you have a wonderful more satisfactory meal elsewhere.

When ordering the Chinese I was initially taken back by what I can only describe as how miserable the staff sounded. After repeating my address and postcode multiple times to both a woman and a man, they said that it'd arrive 'as soon as possible'. About an hour later I got a phone call. The driver had not been able to find my address and had returned 'frustrated' and was 'refusing to deliver it'. When I questioned whether they had a satnav they replied 'yes, but a really old one'. The man had not even rung our number en route to ask for directions but had simply returned, angry and refusing to come out again even if I were to stand on the street in the dark in freezing temperatures. In summary, terrible customer service. If you ring, have an alternative in mind just in case the driver get's 'angry' and 'refuses you delivery'.
