I've tried several Carribbean food places over the years and it put me off thinking the food wasn't for me. My wife convinced me to try this place last night and it was beautiful food, cooked to perfection obviously cooked by someone who was taught by other generations not a cook book who loves the food and culture. I ate every crumb, the dumplings were crisp and moist, the jerk was tasty with a hint of spice,the mutton was so well cooked it fell apart the patty was flakey, crunchy and tasty. Very competitive I paid less here then I do at my local Chinese and got twice the amount. 100% will eat here again.
Amazing food. Had the portion of jerk chicken and mac and cheese. 10/10. Best food place about. Recommended to everyone. BIG UP 3 SPICE!

Absolutley banging yardshack , had oxtail rice pea veg , 2 dumplings and coleslaw , could not fault one thing and the main i asked for plenty of gravy and they listened unlike most places , see you tomorow
So poor food. No meat. No flavour. Expensive. Needs to be closed
3 spice this must be under new management because the food is awful this is not Caribbean food no flavour, spice nothing its bland you don't even know what your eating would not recommend or eat there again... shocking

This review is long overdue!! i have been to Island delight for some time now and the food is always beautiful!! the food always seems fresh and the prices are perfect. Like a proper home cooked meal. The lady who serves me is really nice to!
