My had to be fixed last week it was still in warranty till June next year had to pay£69 for the connection pin to be sorted iam very .
We called into the 3 outlet in Superdrug Clydebank and spoke with Hollie. She set us up with extra data on our mobile phone at no extra monthly charge and also sorted us out with a broadband device for use in our caravan on the East Coast. We were very pleased with the service and helpfulness that Hollie gave us. The shop is wheelchair accessible and there is plenty of parking at the shopping centre.
Got my IPhone 13 from here the other day, Ibby and Daniel were superb. Very professional and helped me out and sorted any problems I had. Thank you.
Store no longer open no stock or staff , the app and website states they are, even customers service saying its there and open , just incompetence
Went in to get my plan updated and the young man called Matt was very helpful indeed he was very patient and helped me understand what I needed to know and as I'm in my late 60s it can take a while for it to sink in.
Always got a decent phone except for the last one, been a 3 customer for years but they seem to have a no problem about selling rubbish contracts to loyal customers.
Stood 25mins to be told someone else was before me hence walk out never to return.
