Our dogs and cat stayed over Xmas. Never again. Dogs lost weight, out of condition and one came back with a nasty limp, after apparently tripping over the other one. What was actually wrong with our dog was a deep cellulites infection that was 1 day away from sepsis. Due to their lack of care we were only a couple of days away from loosing one of our dogs. As I say never again.
My lovely doggies and cats stayed with these guys while I went away on holiday. Mark treated all our animals with such love and care. He even tended to their extra needs. Brilliant service! Would definitely use them again.
We have been using this Cattery for over 3 years now. They are fabulous. I wouldn't dream of letting anyone else look after my furbabies and that includes family. They are so well looked after and sulk when we get home as they are already missing the chickens and ducks. I know they are in good hands with Mark. Highly recommended.
Bella takes her holidays here at Thorpe by Water - Mark, Neil and Angie are fantastic - I'm sure Bella loves being there as much as she loves being at home! Mark always goes that extra mile, both to help me out and also for the extra care of Bella, and there's always a smile on the teams face, they look after Bella as if she where their own. I always know she's safe and happy here, meaning when I have to go away on a busy schedule, its one less thing to worry about! Thanks guys.
We have quite a demanding Border Terrier who has stayed very happily here over the last few years. It is very re-assuring to know that she is looked after so well. The hydro therapy has been a real saviour after her serious spine surgery.

Always do a fab job of both grooming shearing! and looking after our dog. All staff have a natural way with dogs and look after them as it's they were their own.

My staffy jock stayed here and was happy to do just that. Also both legs had knee ligament damage. Weekly visits to neil and his magic hydrotherapy pool gave my dog the strength in his legs back and a new lease of life . Many thanks for what neil and his team done for jock .
