I have been registered at this practice for many years and have found them to be a professional and well ordered GP practice. There have been a small number of occasions where questions could have been answered a little more promptly or effectively, but in general my health needs have been well catered for (and I have a complex medical history).

Still waiting for my blood test results. 

The reception is completely disorganised. Called Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Told to ring back the following day every time I called. 

Was told on Friday that a doctor would ring me today on my mobile. Still nothing! Called in this evening and spoke with a lady who was so quick to get me off the phone! 

She explained that the doctor called me today. Which is completely incorrect. My phone has been on all day and I received no missed calls. 

Will be moving surgery’s after this fiasco.

i though doc suposter help u THEY DONTTHERE !!!   dam your boned if u go to this one!!!! might as well die and they still....  be oh ull be ok

I'd fully recommend this surgery to any one. I feel like I'm listened too and appointment isn't rushed. I've been with this surgery a few years now and I would never want to change.
