I was transferred here when my practice closed.  I was sorry to hear Dr Agha had retired as my appointments with her were always efficient and professional.nnThe only issue I have is that I have to constantly remind them I am housebound but still am offered face to face appointments at the surgery.nnOne particular receptionist, Emma is always so lovely to deal with

Really good experience. Recently moved from shoebury health centre. The difference between both surgeries is like night and day. Reception staff really helpful and the doctor was very caring and understanding. Would definitely recommend this surgery.

I have seen an amazing nurse Laura she has been looking after my leg wounds.  She is very kind and professional.

GPs are no longer serving the public they are a disgrace. The Hippocratic oath was taken to serve us when we are sick and they have broken that oath. The receptionists do absolutely nothing apart from gossip they don’t answer phones I have been in the surgery whilst on the phone to them number 19 in the queue and not one single person was on the phone neither did they answer it all the time I was there. This is a disgrace they need to get rid of receptionists full stop and put sloths in their place I’m sure they would do a better job
