I used anima for the first time. Logged on at 8am,  form submitted by 8.15, by 8.40 an email came through with a GP appointment same day. Incredible new addition to help get advice and appointments.nIn addition, I have been to the surgery a lot recently, and every single member of staff I have come across have been a delight.

I have been a patient since 2014. The GP’s and nurses are absolutely amazing at their jobs, it’s really devastating having these experiences ruined by these extremely rude receptionists. No empathy, no care and extremely rude to the patients. It’s disappointing seeing how they haven’t been dealt with or sacked and replaced over the years. With their attitudes they should be working as club bouncers or in the boarder force not as GP receptionists. They turn every pleasant experience with GP’s and nurses into an extremely unpleasant experience. If it wasn’t for the other amazing staff I would never set foot in this surgery again.

Had a very poor experience previously with reception staff..don't bother complaining to Practice manager about staff's appalling attitude/behaviour towards patients therefore my advice would be lodge a complaint in Harcourt Road, westcliff or NHS England about the poor, appalling service about the surgery staff.  And finally the  Partners at this surgery may eventually take action against the appalling behaviour of their staff and SACK them for good.

Since the merger they are extremely difficult to get into contact with. We've been trying to get a prescription written for my two week old baby all afternoon to no avail. Whenever we call, we are on hold. I'm on call number four today as I type and I've been on hold for almost 45 minutes. It is absolutely shocking. If they are like this for newborns, I can only imagine what the response time is for the elderly.

This surgery is not fit for purpose. On my mobile for over 2 hours today and I gave up in the end last week was the same.nCan't book an appointment on line so what do they want us to do DIE? glad I'm not with this surgery only ringing for my son otherwise I wouldn't bother.
