We always have a lovely Sunday morning here. Very welcoming atmosphere, for kids and dogs too. Sometimes we buy some veg or a toy.. many things for sale are not for me but its good fun to walk around and Tim's cafe is the friendliest place to get breakfast.

This was an average car boot sale, there was a lot second hand goods and a few stalls selling new goods. good to kill an hour on a Sunday morning.

Easy to park , great staff , Brilliant cafe 5* food , easy to walk round being flat *****

I had heard a lot about this new venture of Tim from the Coffee Pot and it was as good as a expectednIt seems to go from strength to strengthnMany varied and mixed stalls With varying quantities of stock and pricesnSupplemented with Tea Coffee Breakfast and all manner of food delightnThe prices have altered dramatically for the betternEnjoyed the Breakfast

When on Sunday was a great place lots of deals to be had at the car boot which was surprisingly open at this time of year
