Our options and costs we were not aware of were explained fully by David. Due to my wife's work commitments David was happy to stay after hours to enable us to sign the relevant forms. Excellent service from start to end. As a remote seller the team handled the whole process professionally and efficiently. A pain free process where the team kept me up to date and informed of the progress of the buyer's intent and subsequent sale. Would like to thank Gillian and the rest of the team for their efforts. Couldn’t fault the professionalism of David and his team. We were purchasing our property whilst living at the other end of the country and thanks to excellent communication and prompt responses to any queries raised it was a seamless transition.
