Delightful store with everything you require for party gifts and decorations, as well as large card selection and soft toys for kids and adults. Really well layed out and welcoming staff, definitely return and recommend if you require any party decor.
Great selection of helium balloons that they can add personalisation to. Very lovely staff, so handy to have in the area.
The store is small but nice Martin the sales clerk was really helpful especially with the disability I have with my hands but the Indian owner in there was not very nice she only cared about getting money she didn’t care that her employee was doing his job & helping a person with a disability who needed the help. Bless u Martin
Amazing selection of cards, decorations and gifts. I’m obsessed with the 3D cards they have and also Occasionally have bought birthday balloons with a personalised writing. Martin has always been welcome
Charged 13£ for balloons which deflated same evening. The shop is a mess, super tight with obstacles here and there. Horrible experience.
Really lovely shop chock full of cards ,gifts and balloons. A real treasure trove. The owner was extremely helpful and went out of his way to assist. The cards and balloons purchased were a hit. I highly recommend. The personal touch was really welcome

Small shop but you can find everything what you’re looking for parties and birthdays I especially would like to mention Martin and the outstanding customer service he provides for everyone. Always very welcoming, professional,helpful and friendly. Martin is simply the best
Travelled a while to get here, the employee wasn't very welcoming or helpful. No Christmas cards out in November. It was particularly frustrating as we had traveled about 40 minutes to go to a hallmark store.
Such a disgusting experience at this shop. I was racially abused by one of the staff that was Indian. He told me to leave the store because he wanted to close the doors and go to the toilet, I was very confused and said okay . I left the shop and waited outside to see if he would do so but unfortunately he lied . I came back into the shop and he told me to leave again and I said why and the Indian man said this is my shop I don’t want people like you in my shop wasting my time, get out . He used the word black and I was very shocked in this and needed to explain that this is very very shocking and disappointing.
