I saw all the negative comments and I got to say my experience personally wasn't bad at all. I have to admit I only went to the counter to pay for the car wash. I went for the gold option cost me £6. The person selling me the ticket was friendly and polite he was even concerned about my antenna whether I need to remove it as it is a van not a small car. The washing when smooth as expected and I did inspect the van front and back and both sides and I have to say I would not expect any better wash on the automatic car wash...
BAD SERVICE AND WASTE OF TIME When we fill the fuel he will keep our card after complete the transaction and asking that proove your identity Rood Staff he dont know how to handle the customer when i asking requesting manner he's reply like this am in this country from last 25 years even if he need a signature verification he need to ask politely. Advise and Request: I know your 25 experience old still need good behavior with the customer. please learn something This is my request.
Shows on line they do Yodel drop off. So I went down there and they wouldn't take my parcel. Really shouldn't be advising they do could have saved myself the journey.
Worst customer service, the owners of this place should know how their staff are treating the customers, I am not a fussy customer I was just asking about prices as it was not labelled properly, please take this matter seriously as this is my first stop every morning for fuel and coffee, Thanks
It hasn't escaped my notice you are the worst offenders on island for profiteering off the oil crisis. Causing misery to your customers. Some of us have long memories. I promise never to visit your premises again. SHAME ON YOU!!!!
Indian lady here is lovely and always trying to sell a carwash as well as other bits. The car wash isn't great though and failed half way through a wash, driving out with a white car one half semi clean the back end was dirty lol
In this particular branch they will _never_ give you the original VAT receipt the original goes straight into a container under their desk, even if you ask for the original, you have to make do with a duplicate. Not quite sure what they're doing with them.
I fill here a lot, my only real concern is the staff skim nectar points. After asking if you collect them and in my case say NO, out comes a personal nectar card and they skim 60 pounds worth of points. I challenged a member of staff about this and was met with a barrage of excuses. I gave up reasoning with them and just let them skim my points when I fill up.
Usually. This is a really good place but today, an employe pumped up his tyres left his car and went inside. Knowing we was waiting. Could not do all 4 as pump hose wouldn't reach. How annoying. :-
This is the worse place in Canvey Island to use and they over charge on there goods 3times than everywhere else is ridiculous £25 more and when I realise I've been over charged they refuse to give me my money back..definitely I don't recommend this place terrible
