The professionalism of Thornbury Collection Services is second to none. My experience of working with Steve White is fast paced, stress free and quite frankly, enjoyable. I would highly recommend Thornbury Collection Services to anyone. A recent case I passed to Thornbury was paid within two weeks. Outstanding!

As a client I found Natalie Dupre, the Office Manager, the most ill-informed and sarcastic individual. The company website also exclaims "Our advice on this matter is simple: DO NOT part with any money up front to any company who will claim they can get your money back. They simply can't promise you that!" ---- yet that is exactly what they demand. These are the type of people that give the collection industry a bad name.

Highly approachable, and knowledgeable. They explained the whole process clearly, and then executed it brilliantly - my monies were collected within 24 hours. I hope to never have to use there services again, however if I do, these will be the first people that I call.

I have known Steve White of Thornbury Collections for some time and have had more than one occasion to call upon him. His advice has been of great help to my business and me and on one occasion this enabled us to resolve a specific payment issue with a client without using his company’s services at all. After each conversation I have with Steve I always come away with something of value. I recommend him and his firm highly.

I have known Steve for 8 months, and in that time have found that he has instilled nothing but confidence in his character and his professionalism. He is highly respected in a field which can often be tarnished with a very general brush, and he conducts his business with respect and empathy. He has been commended at industry awards, and also works hard to develop local networking groups, where he has held a leadership role for many years. When I read the above review, I did not see the man that I know, and I would urge anyone to approach a one off review like this with caution, as I know many colleagues who couldn't speak highly enough for the work Steve carries out.
