We recently contacted our local TUI store in Solihull for advice about booking a Marella Cruise. We had never used TUI cruises before. We spoke to Claire, who was extremely knowledgable about the many TUI cruises on offer; she also gave us lots of hints & tips for a smooth sailing experience. Suffice to say, we booked a cruise and we had such a wonderful time that we have now ditched Royal Caribbean in favour of TUI Marella cruises! Thank you so much, Claire!
Both myself and my wife had the most amazing experience booking a holiday with the wonderful Claire. Booked a P & O short cruise through Clare at TUI Solihull to Amsterdam on the Aurora. We went in July and had a great time. We will definitely be booking a cruise again through Clare. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about cruising, booking us freedom dining instead of fixed dining times and advising us to have a room with balcony. Thank you Clare - we will be back in touch soon.

I booked my holiday through Leanne as the Solihull Tui and she was so helpful! I was a bit unsure of where to go on my summer holiday but Leanne put together multiple holiday destinations as well as a variety of different hotels and activities for me and partner to choose from. We ended up going with Croatia and we had the most amazing time! Would definitely recommend
