Visited TUI Heswall today to purchase currency for an upcoming holiday. We were welcomed warmly by the staff. Chloe served us and as always was helpful, polite, explaining how to set up currency card and showing us how easy the App was to use. She is an asset to the team. Booked a few holidays with Tui now and Heswall is my favourite store. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Chloe is amazing and always goes out of her way to find us the perfect holiday. She is an absolute credit to the team and I can’t recommend her enough.
We booked our trip to Iceland through TUI Heswall and the staff were amazing! Sharon was very knowledgable and so helpful! She was able to find us the most perfect hotel and book us onto excursions. We can’t thank you enough, we had the best time and will be using you again for future trips away

WE've booked holidays with them numerous times and all the staff have been friendly and helpful, particularly Sharron who always goes that extra mile to ensure We enjoy our holiday. just yesterday we went in to amend our booking from Egypt to Cyprus. Even though the process was complex, Sharron stayed calm and patient throughout. Will deffinately be booking with them again!
We came in store last week to book a family holiday to celebrate a special birthday…….we are headed to gran canaria for some wintersun and cannot thank Sharon our travel agent enough….. She was so thorough and knowledgable and nothing seemed too much trouble. The shop itself had a lovely helpful vibe and we will not hesitate to book again in the future here. Just booked a holiday to Morocco for me and my family. Sharon and all the staff are brilliant. I've booked several holidays through this shop in the past and Sharon has always been great at finding us exactly what we want at a price we want to pay. All the holidays have been excellent value for money and anything we've needed sorting out has been dealt with quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend booking your holidays with them.

Tui Heswall are amazing. Really lovely people and incredibly helpful. Yes, you can book online but the staff in the the store give you the personal touch and can also answer any and all your questions. Highly recommended.
