THW have been absolutely brilliant with our house sale. From the minute we stepped through the door, Olivia was helpful, professional and friendly. She went the extra mile, offered reassurance and was absolutely brilliant at communicating/keeping us up to date with the sale. Nothing but praise for Clare and Annabel from the property team. Clare gave me the best advice regarding letting my property. I went ahead and a let was agreed within 24hrs of being advertised. Since then, I have been communicating with property manager Annabel who is very efficient and a pleasure to deal with. If jobs are required then they are dealt with in a very swift manner. All in all, my experience with Thomson Hayton Winkley Estate Agents has been fantastic.
I was a tenant with THW for three years and was really happy with their service. Friendly staff, who were always responsive and helpful. Great check in/check out processes, with a really clear inventory. Any problems I had while in the flat were always resolved quickly and easily. Definitely one of the better renting experiences I’ve had - thank you to Annabel and the team!
Joanne Nelson Senior Sales Negotiator, Thomson Hayton Winkley was brilliant. Throughout the very long conveyancing process, Joanne was excellent at keeping in touch and updating us on progress a regular basis, even if there wasn't much progress for a few months - which made us feel that Joanne was holding us in mind and that we had not been forgotten. On occasion, when I contacted Joanne to ask if she could liaise with relevant parties on our behalf to expedite matters a bit, she was very quick to respond - usually the same day, certainly within 24 hours, by email and also by phone - and she was very effective at prompting people to move things along, and then relaying to us what she had been able to do. Based on our experience, we recommend Joanne very highly - we were very satisfied with the service we received from her.
We have been looking for a little while for a joint place for me and my partner to move in to and it has been particularly a very difficult year for my partner having lost her mother and home. As soon as we saw the available flat at Riverside we went for it and were helped brilliantly from the get go. Laura has been superb and made a tricky situation very smooth and easy. Can not recommend her or the agency highly enough.
My wife and I, have been renting a property from Thomas Hayton Winkley Estate agents since April 2021. The electronic document signing was easy and we moved in. Any small issues we had with the property were quickly resolved by the team and we are very happy with the service. The Tenancy inspections are arranged at a mutually convenient time. We are very happy to recommend this Estate Agency and have been pleased in all our dealings with them.
Cannot fault the THW team in Kendal. Super helpful and excellent communication throughout. I was having a difficult time finding a landlord that was happy to let to me with me being so young and having a cat, but almost as soon as I found Laura I got a lovely flat. She was on my side from the start, sympathising with me and doing all she could to get me into a lovely home.
