Bought a Hyundai i10 N Line recently from John at Thomas Marsden Car Sales. Excellent customer service and the whole buying process was very smooth and straight forward. Am delighted with the car and wouldn’t hesitate in purchasing another car from John in the future.

Bought an almost brand new Hyundia i10 5 months ago from John. Went to view the car before any repairs were carried out so I could see exactly what damage it had and John explained everything to me that needed to be fixed. It was minimal, I was expecting it to look far worse! The work was carried out to such a high spec and was ready to go, looking brand new within a couple of weeks. During this time I asked John loads of questions and he answered them all quickly and honestly. I was worried about insuring a CatN car but found no problem with any of the insurers I contacted and it ended up costing no more than my last policy had. I got a bargain car that had only driven 750 miles! Thank you John!

Initially phoned regarding a car that had unfortunately been sold but we discussed what I was looking for. John had another car due in that he gave me first refusal on. I test drove a couple of times before buying, but at no point was there ever any pressure on me to make an instant decision. Great car, great price. Would definitely use again.

I got my second Kia from John at Thomas Marsden Car Sales just over a month ago. The other I got was in 2013 and is now being used as a second family car, its still running perfect so we knew we wanted to go back to John when getting our newest car. All the cars are so well repaired and are like new, with most having high specs and low miles. We saved thousands by going for an damaged repaired car from John. All the parts are official Kia and John knows everything about the different models and specs.

Got a bargain of a car from Thomas Marsden, I'd have had to settle on older/higher milage/lower spec to get something in our budget if it wasn't accident repaired. John was a pleasure to deal with, really friendly and genuine, didn't feel under any pressure to buy and I'm confident he'd help if we needed anything related to the car as he clearly knows his Kia's! The car is repaired to a great standard, drives brilliantly and I love it!

Was looking for a new car after our car died on us    early this year, While searching around the Internet I found Thomas Marsden car sales. After see a KIA sportage on an 18 plate on Facebook and read all the reviews I was very interested and when I called to see if we could view and test drive the car,  we were blown away by the car and the customer service we received, John goes above and beyond to put you at ease he is very open and honest about everything about the vehicles he sells. I absolutely love our kia its not missed a beat and John has been there when we have had any questions if I could give more than 5 stars I would give double that and again  will definitely be back for my next car.

Bought a lovely Kia Picanto GT Line from John, what a superb little car, absolutely adore it. Already recommended him to my daughter for her next car. Would definitely buy my next one from John, without a doubt.
