so happy to see the city of london's favourite shirtmaker pink return with brick & mortar stores. the current fad towards staying home or turning up to the office dressed like a bum cannot and should not last forever. work, if it is not to become boring and unsustainable, must be theatre and the costumes are key!
British shirt maker making good quality shirts in a variety of cuts and styles, especially their white shirts. This is their flagship store with just about every style on display. The service was impeccable, friendly and knowledgeable. This is how all shopping should be.
It has great service but not sure about the new artistic direction...
Thomas Pink makes great shirts. Yes they are pricey but their fit, styling and quality is great. Staff here is very friendly as you would expect from their London flagship store. I highly recommend them
If you're getting a pre-made shirt, some will fit better than others. It's not Pink's fault that their shirts don't fit me that well and come up short on the arms. If you're a different shape they might be perfect. The problem comes when the sales guy insists it looks great when it clearly doesn't. Other shirtmakers up the road are happy to say when something doesn't work for you. Pink could take a leaf out of their neighbours' book in this regard and give slightly more honest advice.
My Juls worked at "Clifford Chance".. Top lawyers, and would always buy her cloth's here. Her Girlfriend's often asked why?.. But she always looked 100% and looking as smart as she did gave her confidence.
The socks are the worst I have worn. Ribbed and keep falling down. I had to take off my boots to pull them up. I actually went into new look and bought a packet of six and changed them there and then because I could not stand it any longer
Good selection of shirts with lots of different styles and cuts. I think I counted about a dozen different variations of a plain white shirt. Generally a bit expensive but look out for sales and multi-buy offers.
Low quality products compared with what they used to be. The buttons came off in the laundry and a seem tore when I turned in the office. I wear other shirt brands also and they can all cope. My review seems to have disappeared so have reposted
The Murphy stripe lilac shirt is cool and stylish. For only £75.00 I'm planning to buy a fashionable addition to my summer outfits.
