Consistently make mistakes with viewings. On one occasion I was taken to view a property that I had not booked, the tenants of the property weren't expecting us. On another I turned up at the house and agent never showed up, ringing the business went straight to voice mail and I never heard back from them regarding the viewing.
Ryan and the team have been amazing during the our purcase of our new investment in Ruddington. Total professionalism and easy to deal with. Always answering emails and on hand immediately with any questions or queries. Would highly recommend. Thank you for an easy pleasant transaction.
Promised the world and delivered very little. Very small number of viewings and poor communication.
Very professional and personable service. Also a fast acting company and could not be more delighted with our choice to go with them for selling and buying our new house. Highly recommended.
Tried to call multiple times, either don’t answer or promise a call back that never happens. I don’t think I’d sell my house with these if they miss that many calls!! How many potential buyers have been missed with these?!
