Rude and ignorant man. He was subcontracted to Home Serve, under my AA insurance policy, to come out and fix my Boiler . Supposed to visit Friday 8am-1pm but said he was not sure his engineers could travel to me. I reminded him gently that I have a disabled child and had no heating, no hot water and no gas hob to cook and therefore I was categorised as priority by Home Serve who he was working for, to which he replied "It wouldn't matter if you were the most important person in the world I'm not sure my engineers will get there". Truly Charming.

V disappointing experience twice, firstly with 3 sets of taps being fitted - and Thomas Graham quoting £90 to £100 and then turning up and charging £150+VAT=£180. Not many people quote a non VAT price to the public over the phone but leaving that aside the shift to £150 was pretty high alone. Damage to the bath side panel was also made - chipping the white vinyl off. Sadly my partner paid the bill on the spot, but I phoned up after twice to discuss. Each time being told that Thomas would phone me back - to which he never did. On the second occasion I did pick up a slight sense that the member of staff was perhaps accustomed to such calls and having to cover. Unbeknown to me my father then went to Thomas Graham to have some work done and on this occasion, perhaps thankfully, they never showed up. He was left in the lurch but found someone else. Dodged a bullet I believe. This is probably my first trade orientated Google review, I don't make it lightly, but my experience was not good.

Fast and friendly service! My boiler broke down a couple of weeks ago, I called Thomas graham and got it fixed the next day. The engineer was nice and talked me through what Work was being done and what the problem was. The boiler was up and running again in a couple of hours from starting the job. I’d definitely recommend Thomas graham engineers to anyone.

very very poor quality of the job, gas pipe r dangersly exposed half a meter frome the wall. To save the time didn't brother bend the pipes frome the gas meter. Top up gas cart has been messing,need to ordered new one.
