Had a valuation done. Was told I would be contacted via email. Heard nothing again? Waste of my time. Also valued my property lower than previous other two agents. A lot lower. Not impressed. Would not recommend.
Really good service. The sale was not straightforward and almost collapsed but the staff at Cowbridge were really patient and helpful and we got it across the line.
