my wife had a problem with the hotel staff and was constant being followed all over the hotel grounds the staff also invaded her privacy by going through her wardrobe as she know how she left things tidy so I got in touch with a lady called joyce at sunderland" the bridges" who I know could not do anything about it but also sorted a problem out regarding medical baggage she relayed to me that my wife and her friend could have in the cabin 11 kgs  6 in the overhead compartment and 5 under the seat but the airline wanted it to be put in writing so hence the call to her as my wife is registered disabled and needs class a drugs to take with her but it came through all wrong on the mail it only stated that it was only 6 kgs  she could take wither so I rang again the bridges but the lady called joyce was on  a day off so I spoke to andrea who was just as brilliant again the mail came though wrong but whether that was me telling andrea wrong I don't know but it has come through with only I disabled passenger on the mail mrs cheryl sharp who could take 11 kgs I am waiting to ring her she will probably be sick of the sound of my voice by now but these 2 ladies have put my wifes fears at rest as she was very stressed out over this we did clarify this with the medical team before they flew out but still got stopped at Stansted checkin desk but after a bit of talking was allowed to take this in the cabin 6 overhead 5 under the seat also the assistance at dalmaan airport is non existant the rep last year just disappeared and if it was not for the monarch rep both girls would have missed their flight same thing no one was their for assistance and that is whats bothering my wife and her friend this time as they cannot walk very far at all both have problems wiyth their spine .BUT THANK YOU LADIES WHO KNOW WHO YOU ARE YOU ARE BRILLIANT AND THANK YOU FOR WHAT YOU HAVE DONE A CREDIT TO THOMAS COOK

ps all these girls are brilliant nothing is too much trouble no matter how many times you ring them they are always helpful and always cheerful a very good staff all round .
