Our Holiday got cancelled to Cuba because of hurricane Irma, Debbie manange to rebook us to another place of our choice for the same dates hassle free for not a lot more money as we chose to upgrade.

All the girls are super friendly and are willing to help you out no matter what the situation, I have booked through these for a long time purely for the customer care and they are a great travel agent.
