My family and I have used COOP TRAVEL in Evesham for more than 10 years and have received an absolutely first class service and would highly recommend them to everyone!! They pride themselves in delivering the best customer service you could wish for and nothing is ever too much trouble.Their knowledge,their empathy and their understanding of customer needs goes beyond all expectations! A very special mention must be made for the Branch Manager Tracyanne Sheldon who should be nominated for an employee recognition award if you offer such a thing.She is one in a million!We shall most certainly be booking all future holidays here in fact we have already booked this year alone a Caribbean Cruise for 6,a trip to Las Vegas for 6,a Celebrity cruise for 6 to the Adriatic and my son and his friend's 3 month trip to Thailand/Australia.
Great service Great staff. Very professional with a vast knowledge of the travel industry, this puts our minds at rest. A special mention to Wendy Dyson we have always booked with her. We would not go anywhere else as long as they price match.
They all are the most friendly and helpful people. Customer service is above and beyond. I am new to travelling abroad but they left no stone unturned. Lily and Dan really know their stuff. Will go nowhere else and intend to travel quite a lot as from now because they make it so easy. Thank you to them both.
