I booked my flights with Thomas Cook online not at tgis branch however I have to say Thomas Cook has the worst customer service I have ever come across. The time it takes to get any response is unbelievable. I paid extra to reserve our seats on a flight. Those seats weren't on the plane. Its been over 6 weeks and Thomas cook have been in contact once only to ask me to provide our booking details and a copy of our boarding passes.
