Absolutely shocking customer service. I had to make a complaint a year ago as we were sold a holiday which was completely unapropriate for our family, then yesterday when i complained about a rubbish deal on my euros ,I was basically told i cant have purchased them from there as they dont have a record off it ( as they failed to ask my name or give me a receipt ) somehow that was my fault!!! never again will i step foot in that place!
