Always booked our Cruises through Thomas Cook Weymouth and they have always been very competitive on price, helpful and polite, would recommend to anyone.

Probably the worst Store manager in the history of Travel agents . Totally unhelpful .

Couldn't help me cancel a holiday when there was a military coup in Turkey. They basically said "computer says no" . I had to go online or phone up. This branch will not be willing to help when you have a problem and pass the buck to save themselves work. Basically don't use them.
