Cannot recommend ThinkBike enough. I was introduced to them by a friend and I am only sorry I did not originally buy my bike here. I knew nothing about cycling when I bought my bike a year and a half ago. Its first “tuneup” and full service where included in the buy as well as having the bike adjusted to suit me. However, I found nothing comfortable about cycling. The lads at ThinkBike said they’d take a closer look. I went for a bike fit here to see if they could help. Having since been for a high level fit out due to certain injuries I carry, I can confidently say that the guy in ThinkBike pretty much got everything spot on - I had to adjust the height of my handle bars – but that was due to an injury he could not have foreseen. Unreal. I just collected my bike from a service there this month and went for a spin yesterday. I was shocked at how well the bike felt. My gears were better then when I bought the bike. The spin was so smooth and effortless. Between the fit and the service, it is as thought I’m on a different bike. I cannot recommend ThinkBike enough, you just won’t go wrong here. Thanks guys!

Intended to buy a replacement tube for my buggy and fix it at home but the staff replaced it for me immediately without me asking. I thought that was really thoughtful and totally unexpected, considering how busy they must be. Great service and really patient.
