I’ve been coming to Therapy Matters for over 2 years and the progress made is incredible. At times it’s tough, but it’s what’s needed. Clare & her team are dedicated, professional experts, all with so much knowledge in the subject. If you are prepared to work in sessions & build a home exercise program with their teachings, then you can recover, long past the so-called “plateau”. I am recovering from a stroke, 6 years down the line, and still finding improvements, all thanks to Clare & her team at Therapy Matters. As a patient, listen effectively & take notes for best results
These guys really, really know their stuff I've worked with 3 different staff members and they all have an encyclopedic knowledge of what they are doing and a great way of going about it, not always easy but can't recommend highly enough
