Took the children for a climbing session today, the staff were friendly, enthusiastic and professional. I am very grateful to one climbing instructor in particular - Toby - who kindly spent some time with my son who was struggling a bit with the technique of descending after a climb. The climbs looked varied and high and everyone participating clearly had a very fun time. The cafe staff were great too.
Had a brilliant birthday party at The Light Banbury. The venue was clean, the food was tasty children get to choose their favourite foods from party menu and staffs named Mia and Richelle were so friendly & helpful. All of our guests enjoyed the party so much and they wanted to come back with their families. Definitely a 5 star experience!! Thank you!!
Adventure climb was out of this world. I had not ever seen so many different climbing walls in one place. The kids loved it. While waiting for our session to start we played some arcades air hockey and bowling.nCinema on the same floor as the climbing walls and food and snacks readily available.
Came to watch Shelby Oaks 15 with my 15 year old son tonight, unfortunately my son has no ID. The young lady who served us, was lovely and got her team manger to come and talk to us, the manger was very professional and handled our situation with empathy and understanding, she helped us to solve the problem and we was able to watch the flim. What could of been a flat out right refusal to allow us in, was solved with 110% customer service and genuine care. My son and myself would like to aknowlage the staff that were working there tonight and thank them for a positive approach to handling tricky situations
Lovely venue, lots to do on site, access easy and plenty of parking. Even free after 7.nnPool, karaoke, arcade, bowling, video darts, shuffle board. Soft play area. Climbing wallsnnFood to table service offerings.nnFood n drinks could be cheaper but as it seems with these sorts of places that's where they make the money. But you can take your own drinks and cold snacks in.
