The climbing walls are really great fun and in my opinion good value same price for 2 children to climb as 2 kids+1 adult to bowl, which was fully booked so this was a good back up. My only suggestion is to hold the group outside the room until the session is ready to start and explain the plan of action: it was so insanely crowded to the point of being uncomfortable/unsafe until the previous group finished and it wasn't clear what was going on.
The cinema is fantastic, with super comfortable reclining chairs. The staff service is also great, staff bring food to your seat.nThe food offerings however are poor, my hotdog was served in a stale & cold bun. Improve the food quality & this place would be amazing.
Took the children for a climbing session today, the staff were friendly, enthusiastic and professional. I am very grateful to one climbing instructor in particular - Toby - who kindly spent some time with my son who was struggling a bit with the technique of descending after a climb. The climbs looked varied and high and everyone participating clearly had a very fun time. The cafe staff were great too.
Adventure climb was out of this world. I had not ever seen so many different climbing walls in one place. The kids loved it. While waiting for our session to start we played some arcades air hockey and bowling.nCinema on the same floor as the climbing walls and food and snacks readily available.
Comfy chairs, whatever your selected option. Dolby sound system was top notch. Intimate nature of cinema added to the engaging experience.nnColour saturation of the film shown was just right.
