Pizza is fantastic however food is never ready or delivered on time. The app stipulates a time and you usually have to call the shop about 20 minutes after that time to check on progress, when you'll be told it's going into the oven. Typical wait times from my experience are around 2 hours for delivery.
The pizza is great, but we are yet again waiting over two hours for delivery - it’s Randalstown not a city, won’t be using them again

Ordered food at 5:30pm was told delivery would be 30mins! Rang back at 6:45pm to be told wouldn’t be delivered for ANOTHER 45mins!! 2 HOURS!! Not so much as an apology when arrived and had to ask for delivery money back. This was second time let down with deliver and will be the last as won’t ever be back.
dont know how to answer the phone and takes 3 hours to cook a pizza that never made it to the door lol
Friendly staff, accurate timing and quality food. A busy environment but taken in their stride.
Have had a few pizzas from here & they're always quite good to fantastic. Usually the latter. Never had a soggy bottom not personally nor a burnt one either. Always a good amount of toppings on the pizza as well. When they're busy delivery can be a little while but this has never been overly long & the pizza has always been hot when it arrived. All in all a very good place for a pizza & the staff are friendly as well which is a bonus these days.
Best pizza about if collected, ready within 30 mins and always tasty with generous toppings. But there have been a couple of times where delivery has taken an hour and a half to arrive and I only live 2 minutes away. But At busy hours this is understandable and pizza is always mint when it comes.
Great service and helpful staff couldn’t ask for better
Waited 40 minutes for our pizzas and when got home they were freezing cold. Charlie special was good though
