This is a great theatre to work in, with a huge amount of space back stage. It was perfect for our show.nnThe staff are all very friendly and helped me several times when I got lost in the Labyrinthine backstage area.nnAudiences here were very sweet and several of the young people joined in at the end with some very enthusiastic and entertaining dancing.nnThank you Shrewsbury! You were wonderful!
Wednesday 16th October. John Barrowman was on the stage tonight and after all his trial by media was outstanding. His loyal fans were in for a treat at this wonderful theatre. Singing dancing and comedy his talents are endless. I for one cannot wait to see him againnnFriday 21st AprilnMy first visit to this theatre and must say I am very impressed by it . A lovely auditorium set on three floors with comfy seating and plenty of leg room. A well equipped bar if you fancy a tipple and a great view from the balcony. The staff were pleasant which always helps . Tpau were performing and were amazing, Carol Decker was brilliant chatting with the sell out crowd and singing from the heart . A good time was had by all .
I attended the Walker Theatre to watch Man Band. It's a super little Theatre. Small kiosk for hot and cold drinks and snacks, chocolate and crisps. Staff very friendly and efficient. Lovely modern building.
We have been here a few times, and I've never been disappointed. Tonight was the smaller Walker theatre. This is more intimate and cosy. Theatre Severn shows good variety throughout the year to match most tastes. My only complaint is lack of seating for pre show coffees, but I realise that space is tight.
Absolutely brilliant Christmas Pantomime!nFabulous venue Great cast flipping marvellous.nPeople from all over the world enjoying some laughter, happiness with family and friends, just a pity the whole world can't feel the same. For just a small moment in time.
