Great service. Quick check in. And a double upgrade. Time to buy a lottery ticket. Huge week appointed room with good selection of snacks. Coffee down the hall. Very comfortable king size bed. What are the suites like....

We used a Sunday sleepover deal. Good value for money, for London anyway. The staff were all lovely, really made an effort. The breakfast and cheeseboard were great. We had an issue where they thought we had to pay extra for breakfast but we thought the deal meant it was included, and they responded in the best way, listening and then giving us the benefit of the doubt so we got it for free. The room was nice for my tastes, the shower particularly good.

Cozy guest room, convenient location and good range and price of in-house food. I usually like to venture outside for breakfast but ended up dining at Zetta twice. Will stay here again for future business trips

A lovely hotel, beautifully decorated, with particularly excellent staff. We will definitely stay again.

Very nice hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms. The hotel stuff sees to any needs of the cuatomers abd is extremely kind and helpful. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Brekfast available and tea/cofde points. Two development areas: lack of gym and high price of breakfast (basic).
