My home away from home. Victoria, Hazel, Emma and Martin have developed my love of yoga; from pregnancy yoga to baby massage and yoga and toddler yoga to vinyasa and the workshops. When I step in to The Yoga Tree, I feel mentally and physically stretched and nourished, and more than that, I’ve met such a genuine community of like-minded people who are always welcoming and caring. Victoria has really created such a sanctuary up at Glebe Farm. Yoga is such an important part of my life now and The Yoga Tree and Victoria are responsible for that.

Where do I start... pregnancy yoga two and a half years ago. This was my first delve into yoga and it was amazing. Apart from the obvious health benefits I also felt a growing connection to my beautiful baby growing inside of me. My other half even enjoyed the couples pregnancy workshop! 
Since then I have continued to enjoy Hatha, Vinyassa and various workshops The Yoga Tree has provided.
The classes are warm, cosy, spiritual and you can push yourself to your own body's limits.
The teachers are all knowledgeable, experienced and in tune with each person's needs.
You are able to take what you want from each class. If you want to treat yoga as purely a form of exercise that's great. If you want to take the time to also listen to your own body and allow your mind to rest and re-energize then this is also the perfect setting.

Just attended a vinyasa class here and it was amazing! The yoga teacher, Victoria, was really attentive and assisted with my alignment to help me get the most out of my practice. The atmosphere, studio was so warm and welcoming too. Can't wait to go again!!

Yoga has changed my life ! I was hoping that attending Yoga classes was going to help me keep fit and help with some niggling aches and pains. I was not expecting it to change my whole outlook on life. The Yogatree in Congleton run by Victoria is such a welcoming and relaxing place to be. I was originally a little nervous but was soon made to feel relaxed and welcome. It is such a friendly atmosphere with excellent tuition and a rigorous work out. I would definitely recommend the hot yoga! Not only do I feel better physically but I also feel better emotionally. So go on you know you want too!!
