Disappointing in some respects How much mould in the shower is acceptable? Over 100m from the car park to reception and 30 stairs to the room overlooking the ventilation ducts.Woken up very early by the laundry delivery lorry. Breakfast very good. Sunday evening dinner food a bit like a pub carvery in terms of quality. Staff and service good.
From the moment we arrived. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, especially the two members of staff, a male and female working on Saturday, the 13th of April at approximately 3 pm. The hotel itself was very well presented clean and fitted out to a good standard. If I should be picky, the toilet seat in our ensuite was loose, but beyond that I cannot fault my stay at all. Highly recommended and would quite happily stay here again
Nice hotel. Rooms , bar & restaurant very tastefully decorated. Great selection and presentation for breakfast. Good parking at the rear of the hotel. The main asset of this hotel are the staff, friendly, helpful & efficient. I would certainly stay here again and recommend to friends & family.
Lovely traditional coaching house hotel ,each room is individually decorated, ours had a roll top bath as well as a shower, the restaurant and coffee house were decorated Lovely, the food was excellent at both breakfast and evening meal. We stayed for 2 nights and the staff were very welcoming and helpful, will definitely be returning in the summer.
Absolutely Fabulous! Highly recommended, Chris and his team this evening were friendly, attentive and super efficient. The standard of service and food was above and beyond our expectations. The dining room and surrounding areas super.
