Overall great service, brilliant discounts. Some goods were a little low of quality which is understandable due to it being at such a low price. However,  I had to come to the shop from work, finding that it was closed at 8pm when it says online that it closes at 9pm! Not very happy with finding the shop closed much earlier than it should.

I always get a click and collect to this store and their service has always been fine, but recently I had a free delivery option for it to arrive at my flat, and Hermes decided to send my parcel to the branch without my notice and other customers also. Not only did the manager Margaret actually call me, but came to deliver my parcel to my flat! By then I did not need it anymore as it had been left too long so I went back to the store for a refund. The service Margaret and Dee gave me was just amazing, their so friendly, easy to bond with and patient. This is the least I can do to give them credit with a review. Too bad I do not live here locally to see them more often.

A bit low on good books compared to other The Works shops, more on the London souvenir side with the stadium just around the corner...
