Photos from old and new trips, some as old as 2017. The works is a great place for a catch up with friends and has great dessert options but also savoury ones too for those who don't have a sweet tooth. Banoffee Waffle is my go too, love it! The works staff ate always friendly and accommodating, the service is quick and easy to pay when done too.
Lovely food. Not often we can have savoury options for waffles and it tasted lovely. But the sweet ones were better nothing could best a banoffee crepe. Milkshakes were made with in house ice cream with lots of flavours to choose from. Signed up as a member and got a free milkshake too!Food: 5/5
Fantastic place for deserts in Aylesbury town centre. Home made ice creams with a ice cream factory there. Nice crepes and pancakes. Beginning of holidays to make a nice place to hang out. Decor is retro, cross over of American diner with contemporary European.
We're big fans of this place and really enjoy their pancakes and desserts. The portions are good sizes and delish. Wheelchair accessibility: There's a ramp from the door to the restaurant with no stairs throughout the restaurant. I believe the toilets are wheelchair friendly too but not 100% sure as I didn't use them the most recent time I was there.

'American Diner' style with some dishes that I've never seen in America or anywhere else. I never realized you could put so much on waffles, but the TexMex waffles were actually tasty. Nachos were a bit overdone melted block of cheese at the bottom of the container but fresh smashed avocado is always nice. Lack of burgers and fries on the menu is questionable, but what's there is well thought out and enjoyable. Worth a try. Dietary restrictions: This is the first place I've ever been to that offered vegan pancake / waffle mix, so big kudos for that.
We went for slunch and we really enjoyed everything everything. I had nachos and they were super yummy The nachos had enough pulled pork, guacamole and other fillings. Their portions are very good and big portions of icecreams. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The toilets were a bit disappointing, there were not clean.
Amazing independently owned spot for food. Our waiter, Royland, a Harry Styles lookalike, was great. We had vegan pancakes and vegan waffles. I can't believe we found them in this small town.
The staff were amazing. Nice, considerate and cheerful. Made the experience 10x better. Their waffles are perfectly cooked, hot and crunchy. Would definitely go again.
The best place in Aylesbury for dessert. They have an amazing range of dessert and ice cream to choose from and I've never had a bad experience here. The service is always exceptional with extremely friendly staff and even when they forgot a friends dessert they gave it to her for free as an apology so they do go above and beyond for you. This is not the first time I have witnessed such an amazing service as they previously made every effort to cater for a group of 10 in the past when they were having issues at the venue. The prices are always very reasonable too for the amount that you get plus the aesthetic of the place is lovely. If you want ice cream and an escape room, their branch in high Wycombe does both!
