Spacious inside for seats. right on the main street and car parking located at the back. just make sure you put in you registration in to avoid a petty fine from ncp. Staff are pleasant and helpful and just add to community feel.
Only giving 3 stars due to some unhelpful staff. Ironically the Polish staff are superior. The problem lies with the "locals". Pity. Doesn't seem to matter how many times you explain your requirement they just don't get it. The manager is great though, very fast and understanding. Please select the staff better or identify retraining areas.
Went in with daughter first thing this morning. Nice atmosphere. Got a hot chocolate with mint syrup. Nice to start my morning.
I love Costa and had to try the new Christmas range. The purple on latte was fantastic. The guys in Costa are working very hard under extreme conditions due to Covid, but they remain polite and friendly to all customers.
Great place to sit and read or meet up with friends. Wasn't busy on a weekday morning and more than enough available seating. The big windows also make for some decent lighting. The reason for the three stars is due to the coffee itself not being some I drank more because I paid for it than because I was enjoying it. This could be a fluke and I'd give them another go but I was surprised it wasn't better.
Long wait, says 5 minutes and takes 21 minutes.
I came in for coffee for a few people. I was served very quickly everyone was lovely the person who made my coffee even started making it before the other girl put it through till so. It meant after I'd paid it was pretty much ready.
Love this Costa Coffee. The staff there are just the best and always go that extra mile. Friendly, personal, professional, great customer service and great coffee :-
