This family run business were very friendly and professional throughout my door purchasing journey! Special thanks to Radhika and Anish who I communicated with throughout and were always very helpful.  I was able to design and create my own bespoke arched door for an interior archway into my kitchen. Main reason was to keep the cats from coming upstairs!  They got my colour match spot on and I was very happy with the overall finish of the door which fit perfectly in the archway. It still needs some corking but here are some photos of the finished product.  Would recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase some doors!

The Wooden Door Company was able to manufacture doors to our own specifications. They have an impressive and reassuring "can do" attitude and are a family run, very friendly customer focused business. Having been bitterly disappointed at numerous other retailers my wife was so reassured she was moved to tears that someone had listened to what she wanted and said "yes we can do whatever you want on site in our own workshop. Over promise and under deliver. The door ordered was a botch job and it took them 4 attempts to make it look finished. If I hadn’t paid cash I would have asked for money back. Jokers and cowboys avoid at your peril

£2000 paid for for doors.  Three of which had quality issues such as shown in pics.  The customer service was horrendous, the company either ignored our emails and phone calls or accepted no responsibility.  After 6 months of trying to resolve we had to admit defeat and are now left having to live with the substandard doors.

Fantastic company to deal with. I spoke to Anesh  and explained I was after some 8ft high custom made doors. I sent over some hand drawn images and we spoke several times on the phone and by email. He suggested certain things like recessed bolts and magnets due to the height which I have to say has only improved them. I then sat back and waited. A few weeks on a call comes through and they were delivered promptly on time and well protected. I can't thank him and his team enough.

We dealt with a lot of different suppliers for our self-build house. But it was rare and refreshing to experience a company with such a good service as The Wooden Door Company. They installed 15 internal wooden doors in our house and when an issue came up, they were incredibly understanding and helpful. Quick to respond,  quality products and genuinely nice people to speak to and work with. I can’t recommend this lovely family business highly enough!

My experience with Anesh and Sanjay family owned business has been flawless from beginning to end. I had bespoke french doors made from the wooden door company and they are perfect, the joiner did not need to shave anything off or adjust. They look and feel quality doors, especially as they are pre-finished. The handles are excellent quality.  The customer service and the after care service was brilliant, which is equally as important as the doors itself. Thank you to Anesh for accommodating my little tweaks and making this stress free. I would highly recommend them and use them again in the future.

We are reporting this company to TRADING STANDARDS as they have failed to supply us with the paperwork for the 8 Fire Doors we purchased from them in early 2023. We now face having to remove and replace of all of these doors as they are not fit for purpose.  This is a serious health & safety issue as they are supplying ‘fire doors’ without proof they are compliant. There could be a serious incident caused one day by the negligence of this company and their false claims. We have spent months trying to get the correct paperwork from this company and they have continually tried to fob us off and sent us incorrect information in the hope that we and our building inspectors would go away. I recommend to everyone considering dealing with this company to go elsewhere.  Do not make the same mistake we did.. I work in new build property and regularly use The Wooden Door Company for the doors in any developments. I originally dealt with a lady called Radhika and she was so accommodating and helpful that I always ask for her whenever I am ordering again! I have been a bit of a nightmare for them in the past, having to change sizes of doors and/ or the numbers needed. They have always been so understanding and worked hard to make sure they could adjust everything I have needed. The quality of the doors speak for themselves see a picture below in my most recent flats. Couldn't recommend enough, great service, great delivery and great product.
