What a fantastic shop. I wondered in on a wet Saturday morning. The shop was very welcoming lots of samples and even candles. Elaine was so helpful and talked through the options. I now have new Quick Step Lyvin luxury design vinyl flooring in my hall and kitchen I am really pleased with the results. The fitting was excellent every thing was really clean and tidy when I arrived home from work. I give the wood floor co 11 out if 10. It's so refreshing to get such good service these days - Julie McCarthy -Didsbury

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. BOOKED IN AND THEY MOVED THE APPOINTMENT BACK BY OVER A MONTH. THEN DID THE JOB AND LEFT THE STEP NOT DONE. REFUSED TO PAY UNTIL COMPLETED AND EMAILED PHOTOS, INVITED THEM AROUND TO INSPECT BUT THEY IGNORED ME. THEY ENDED UP SENDING A DEBT COLLECTION AGENCY TO GET THE MONEY. I PAID BUT LESS £100 WHICH I THINK IS FIAR AS THEY DID NOT COMPLETE THE JOB. WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A JOKE. ELAINE BACCHUS WORKS FOR THE COMPANY SO HER REVIEW IS FALSE!

Cancelled multiple times even on the day of doing the job. After looking around this company seems to be very dodgy. I would avoid using them for lying. Shameful.

Elaine visited our home and spent an hour measuring and inspecting the floor boards to quote for sanding and coating wooden floor boards as well as replacing some damaged  boards. The quote was expensive so we didn't pursue. Elaine contacted us a number of times to ask if she could be any further assistance, as she was so persistent we explained we had received other quotes for several hundred pounds less, Elaine offered to price match and we were booked in for a few weeks time. Unfortunately on the day that the work was due to be carried out David arrived and started questioning the work that was required and the price that had been quoted. We found David to be very rude and unprofessional, he accused us of lying and he clearly didn't want to do the job for the price that his wife agreed.  David tried to claim that the quote was only for one room and not for the hallway and morning room as Elaine had measured and quoted for and that he was unaware that any floorboards needed replacing even though this was in the written quote they sent and he had brought floorboards with him.  David left our house without carrying out any of the work which left us in a very difficult position as this had been booked in for several weeks and we had sold our furniture and had arranged for new furniture to be delivered and for curtains to be fitted the following week when the work was complete. I would avoid this company, they were very rude and unprofessional and caused us a lot of inconvenience. I would go for a company that is recommend by someone that you know has used rather than a company that advertises themselves constantly on every Facebook group page going, and who writes their own 5 star reviews of their own company!

Five star products and service, can't recommend these guys enough. Our new Quick Step Pulse vinyl floor looks amazing.
